Meet The Team Behind Fig & Dove

	Colleen Waguespack Founder & Creative Director Colleen@figanddove.com Colleen is a New Orleans native and recognized interior designer, whose work has been featured in national publications including Southern Living and Garden and Gun. In addition to designing for and managing Fig & Dove, Colleen practices full-service residential interior design through Colleen Waguespack Interiors.
	Jackie Tucker Chief Operations Officer Jackie@figanddove.com Jackie Tucker is a native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She has since filled various roles utilizing creativity and customer service. After taking a career break to raise her two children, Jackie is excited to return to the work world and be tasked with oversight of company financials and product flows for Fig & Dove.
	Lindsay Steele Director of Brand & Marketing Lindsay@figanddove.com Lindsay Steele brings nearly two decades of creative experience to Fig & Dove, blending a background in graphic design with expertise in marketing, branding, and digital strategy. A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Communication, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections through storytelling and beautifully crafted campaigns. At Fig & Dove, Lindsay focuses on elevating brand presence and building authentic engagement, ensuring every initiative reflects both the brand’s vision and its timeless, elevated style. Outside of work, she enjoys watercolor painting, staying active, and time with her two teenage boys.

	Lindsey "Birdie" Usrey Director of Sales & Communication Birdie@figanddove.com A Baton Rouge native and LSU graduate, Birdie Usrey brings a passion for Southern hospitality, storytelling, and strategy to her role as Director of Sales and Communications at Fig & Dove. She leads sales and brand communications with a focus on cultivating meaningful relationships, driving growth, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Fig & Dove standard of elegance and care. Outside of work, Birdie enjoys gardening, traveling, and exploring new cultures—pursuits that inspire her creative approach to connection and communication.
