In addition to designing for and managing Fig & Dove, Colleen practices full-service residential interior design through Colleen Waguespack Interiors. |

Jackie TuckerChief Operations OfficerJackie@figanddove.com Jackie Tucker is a native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She has since filled various roles utilizing creativity and customer service. After taking a career break to raise her two children, Jackie is excited to return to the work world and be tasked with oversight of company financials and product flows for Fig & Dove. |

Lauren McCullochSales Directorlauren@figanddove.com Lauren McCulloch is a New Orleans native and proud alumna of both the Academy of the Sacred Heart and Louisiana State University. After living in Grosse Pointe, Michigan with her family for the past six years, Lauren is excited to be in Baton Rouge and take on her new role as Sales Director for Fig & Dove, handling all wholesale and corporate gifting needs. |

Mariella BrochardBrand Manager & Digital Content CoordinatorMariella Brochard is a Thibodaux native and graduate of Nicholls State University where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. With over twelve years of graphic design experience, Mariella is excited to bring a new level of creativity to Fig & Dove. Having designed for retail brands throughout most of her career, she has become a pro at driving growth and raising brand awareness through visual campaigns that effectively engage a target audience. When she’s not dreaming up her next design, Mariella is often spending her time being a wife and girl mom to two littles! |
Caroline ThaxtonÂMarketing & Communications Coordinatorcaroline@figanddove.com Caroline Thaxton is a Baton Rouge native and University of Mississippi graduate with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications specializing in social media. She is excited to share her creative flair and content creation skills with Fig & Dove. Caroline has a keen interest in fashion, exploring social trends, and keeping up with her favorite influencers. |
