Lead Times
Due to the custom nature of select Fig & Dove products, please allow 5–7 business days for monogrammed or personalized items to be prepared for shipment. All other in-stock items typically ship within standard processing times.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping on most orders:
– $10 for orders under $175
– $15 for orders $175 and overSome exclusions apply based on product size, weight, or destination. International shipping rates vary and will be quoted separately.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the seasonal, personalized, or fragile nature of many of our items, these products are final sale and not eligible for return.
For all other eligible items, returns are accepted provided the item is received in perfect, unused condition. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and take clear photos of the item and shipping materials. Email the details to info@figanddove.com, and our team will assist you promptly in filing a claim and resolving the issue.
