When we were first introduced to New Orleans' own Beatriz Ball, we connected immediately with her gorgeous design style and her commitment to bringing stunning artisan-made pieces to a larger audience. Plus, she's an Academy of the Sacred Heart alumna, just like our founder!
Beatriz has worked hand-in-hand with skilled artisans outside of Mexico City for almost 30 years, successfully building her brand and giving back to a cause near to our hearts as well, autism awareness. Learn more about the process behind the pieces, and what makes the Beatriz Ball brand unique.
Our pieces are made entirely by hand, one at a time, using the ancient art of sand casting: pouring a premium quality alloy of molten aluminum into sand molds, and then going through four levels of polishing.
More than twelve different sets of hands are involved in the creation of each piece, and the result of this intensely handmade process is a piece with a depth of character, warmth and personality that communicates in a way that only a handmade piece can.
We believe that each piece in the BEATRIZ BALL Collection speaks for itself, unfolding a story of the creativity of the artists who designed it, the skill of the craftsmen who manufactured it, the enthusiasm of our sales force, and the splendid customer service that stands behind each piece.
