Beausoleil Old Fashioned:
(2) ounces Bufalo Trace
(1/2) ounce simple syrup
(7) dashes Peychauds
(1/4) orange slice
(1 each) Beausoleil house-made cherries
(2) bar spoons of juice from cherries
Method:
Muddle orange, simple syrup, juice from cherries, and Peychauds together in a bar shaker. Add ice to the top. Pour in Bourbon. Stir with a barspoon and add cherry. Serve!
