Summer Entertaining
With the kids out of school and long weekends on the horizon, now is the ideal time to entertain friends and family. When hosting a recent family gathering, I turned to my talented friend Meghan McCracken for the perfect summer libations. She recommended champagne cocktails for a sweet and refreshing drink- perfect for our hot and humid summer. Below we are sharing two of Meghan's go-to summer cocktails!
Cheers to Summer!

Champagne Mule
Like it's sister the Moscow Mule, but with Champagne instead of vodka.
Place 3-4 sprigs of fresh mint in the bottom of a glass.
Add 2 oz. of squeezed lime juice and muddle together.
Pour the champagne of your choice
Pour Fever Tree Ginger Beer over and add ice.
Can also add 1/2 ginger beer and 1/2 champagne or Prosecco to make a light champagne spritz.
Cara Cara Orange Mimosa
2 parts Cara Cara Orange Juice (found at most local grocery stores in the summer)
1 part Champagne of your choice
Splash of St. Germain
