Hello Sweet Summer
In New Orleans, they are called snowballs - not snow cones, not slushies - snowballs. These sugary concoctions are the epitome of my childhood in the south. Hot and steamy summer days meant finding relief at one of several neighborhood stands. My personal favorite has always been Hansen's (though memories of Plum Street Snowballs are a close second!) As a nod our favorite summer traditions and my hometown, we have added the Snowball Wreath Sash.
